From the very first days of Rocket League, Patberts has been actively involved in the competitive scene.

Initially a staff member of one of the biggest US organizations, which he joined in hope of expanding its reach to the EU, Patberts decided to leave after realizing said organization had no real plans to branch out to other regions.

Armed with his managing experience, love for the game and two of his European collaborators in PL4YER and Tear Hunt, they set sail for the Old Continent to build the community they had envisioned.

Still operating out of Discord from day 1, Mind Games Esports started offering open sign-up tournaments for the aspiring competitive player and quickly began growing in popularity and reputation to establish itself as one of the leading amateur competitive Rocket League community.
